From BC Summer Games: Smith: They’re a strong team, ready to learn


BC Summer Games 2012

The Cariboo-North East team (Zone 3) came to the 2012 BC Summer Games as one of the strongest and most well prepared teams. According to their assistant coach, Linden Smith, the biggest advantage of this team is hidden in the fact that the majority of the team comes from Prince George (along with two remaining players from Quesnel and Chetwynd), and the group invested a lot of time and effort to attend all practices, ensuring that the team would arrive ready to fight for the best position in the competition.

“When it comes to this group, they’re really ready to learn and to try different things,” said Smith.
